We answer within one business day, usually faster. That is the fastest way to reach us and it reaches the person who can actually fix things.

What to include: your order number if you have one, and what happened. If it is a damage or fault question, a photo saves us both a round of emails.

Order questions. Where is my order, can I change my address, can I cancel: email us and we will check it directly.

Sizing questions before you buy. Genuinely, ask. Measure the widest part of your calf over the trousers you actually wear outside, send us the number, and we will tell you straight whether these will fit you. We would rather talk you out of a sale than take money for gaiters that will not do the job.
