We answer within one business day, usually   faster. That is the fastest way to reach us and it reaches the person who can actually fix things.

What to include: your order number if you have one, and what happened. If it is a damage or fault question, a photo saves us both a round of emails.

Order questions. Where is my order, can I change my address, can I cancel: email us and we will check it directly.

Sizing questions before you buy. Measure the widest part of your calf over the pants you actually wear outside, send us the number, and we will tell you whether these will fit you. They fit calves from 12 to 20 inches around.

Shin Oak Gears is a trading name registered in the United Kingdom. All orders are fulfilled from warehouses in the United States. Our registered business address is being finalized with our registrar and will be published here; in the meantime it is available in writing on request to any customer or authority, per Companies Act 2006 s1202.
